English: Sgt. 1st Class David Dodds, of the Fargo-based 141st Maneuver Enhancement Brigade, right, and Spc. Joshua Peterson, of the 815th Engineer Company, Det. 2, Lisbon, N.D., carry sandbags in the rain, to be placed onto a flood levee, April 10, at a rural farmstead west of West Fargo, N.D. The Soldiers are members of a North Dakota National Guard quick response force team that has been sent to the rural home, which has been surrounded by miles of flood water, by the Cass County tactical operations center. About 500 Guardsmen are currently conducting flood operations in North Dakota, with the vast majority in Cass County. |
