English: Army and Air Force members from the Nangarhar Provincial Reconstruction Team, and children from the local community play soccer together at the PRT forward operating base in Jalalabad, Nov. 9, 2007. The Nangarhar PRT is a joint team of Airmen, Soldiers, and representatives from the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Agency for International Development, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
