Anthony Salquist, both of the 119th Logistics Readiness Squadron, fill 1.5-ton sandbags with sand from a cement truck, March 19, in preparation for use in flood fighting operations at the North Dakota Air National Guard, Fargo, N.D. The large sandbags are being readied for UH-60 helicopter sling-load operations, and will be aerially placed in emergency flooding situations in eastern North Dakota.
