English: APRA HARBOR, Guam (March 4, 2016) – The Japanese destroyer JS Harusame (DD-102) passes through outer Apra Harbor, U.S. Naval Base Guam, for a short in-port period prior to the bilateral exercise Multi-Sail 2016 (MS-16).
