Democratic National Committeewomen from many of the states played hosts at a luncheon today in honor of Mrs. J. Borden Harriman, newly appointed U.S. Minister to Norway. Mrs. Harriman (left) is shown with Mrs. Carroll Miller, sister of Senator Guffey of P[...] and Committeewoman from the Keystone state. Mrs. Miller acted as Toastmistress for the affair which was held at the Democratic Women's Club, 4/26/1937
