It is also of great aid inmaintaining good discipline. 25 The plans submitted and this brief description of them will show hownecessary the addition is to our well-being. At present we have tolodge the pupil nurses outside of the hospital where every inch of spaceis utilized, while with the finish of the new addition we will be able atconsiderable saving to house our entire staff under one roof. The im-portance of our needs has compelled us to begin building at a time whenalmost all charities are curtailing their expenses to the greatest degree.We gain the advantage of obtaining the maximum results for the mini-mum of expense; but in taking this step it is most necessary that ourfriends and well wishers aid the Directors in bringing these improve-ments to a successful finish.
