These Officers Are Naval Officers Lent by the Navy To the Ministry of Transport For the Purpose of Moving Armies and Supplies From a To B in Merchant Ships on the Beachhead. Assorted cargo, hoisted from the hold of a merchant ship off the Normandy coast, is loaded into a lighter for transport to the beaches. |
