CHIN, breast, and belly, black. ^lace, a native of Africa. In the winter this bird changes to a light brown ; in the fummer, itbecomes as reprefented in the plate. I hadan opportunity of feeing it in both ftates. Itwas in the colledion of Mr. tennant.- 2^
