astrici normal erschienen. Der linkeZwerchfellsnerv war naturlich gestaltet, der rechte hatte zwi-schen dem Herzbeutel und den Lungen eine unbedeutendeAnschwellung, aber keinen Knoten. Die sympathischen Ner-ven und ihre Aeste waren normal. Diese Anschwellungen in den herumschweifenden Nervenhatten ihren Sitz nur in der Nervensubstanz, indem das neu-rilem, wenigstens die aussere gemeinschaftliche Scheide derStamme und der einzelnen aus diesen hervorkommenden Aeste,normal war. Die Nervensubstanz hatte eine rothliche Farbe,war ausserst compact, und zeigte beim Durchschnitte einedurchaus homogene Masse, die weder mit blossem Auge nochunter dem Mikroskop Nervenfiiden erkennen liess. Es warenalso die einzelnen Nervenstrange unter einander verschmolzen;nur an wenigen Stellen wichen sie zu zwei oder drei Strangen ?die bald dicker bald diinner waren, aus einander.
