e pedali; foliis 4 infra spicam, parvulis, bracteiformibus, ovato-lanceolatis;spica circiter 50-flora, gradatim ad apicem gracilescenti, 7 longa, bracteis lanceolatis,ovaria tequantibus; floribus minimis, albis? in sicco fuscantibus; coroUis cernuis, sepalissubaequantibus, labio integro, calcare tenui, clavato, ovario longiori. The spike is very long, tapering, with at least fifty flowers. Sepals and petals almostequal, lip entire, spur longer than the germ, filiform, clubshape, with a much longer spikethan Spiranthes bracteosa of Lindl. in Bot.
