Exercise Dynamic Victory is the final confirmation exercise of the 44-week commissioning course; it tests the cadet’s suitability to become junior officers in the field army Dynamic Victory is the culmination of a yearlong commissioning course where leaders are developed. It’s on this course that those leaders of the future are challenged with the potential problems of the future and dynamic victory brings together everything that the cadets have learnt in the preceding year in one arduous exercise.
