English: An Afghan coalition security force arrested a Taliban improvised device cell leader during an operation in Nawah-ye Saraj District, Helmand province, Afghanistan, Sept. 7, 2012. The detained IED cell leader was responsible for the construction, movement and emplacement of explosives and roadside bombs through Nawah-ye Saraj. In addition, the Taliban leader directed specific attacks against Afghan and coalition convoys. |
