r mother died of cancer of the lip.For eight years shehad noticed a reddenedarea gradually extendingbetween _the labia ,ante-rim-lv, and for the lastsix months growing rap-idly. She had no pain init until a few days beforeshe came under observa-tion; there was a mucoiddischarge from the sur-face of the tumor. I found upon examina-tion a large, rose-red glansclitoridis, protruding an-teriorly between the labiamajora, 3 cm. (1^ inches)long by 3.3 cm. (1^inches) in breadth, ovoidin form, slightly indentedon its under surface.
