result of eight years of carefulobservation by the originator. It is a blood relation to CrimsonRambler. The habit of growth is veryvigorous; if anything, somewhatstrongerthan Crimson Rambler, well establishedplants making numerous shoots eight toten feet high in one season. It bloomswith great freedom, producing numerouslarge trusses of flowers, which have thesame pyramidal form found in CrimsonRambler. As many as one hundred andtwenty to one hundred and fifty blossomsare frequently produced on a shoot. Yellow Rambler is Absolutely Hardy, a great and distinctive feature rarelyfound in yellow Roses. It has withstood, unprotected and without in jury, a con-tinued temperature of from zero to twodegrees below. It has a strong, robustconstitution and will thrive under ordi-nary conditions. The Color is a deep, decided golden yellow, richerand darker than Coquette de Lyon ;truly a remarkable color, found in noother climbing Rosa The flowers arecup-shaped, nearly lull and very sweetlyscented.
