English: U.S. Army Spc. Samnith Thy, right, security force team member for Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT) Farah, relaxes and adjusts his gear prior to a mission brief before departing Forward Operating Base Farah for a meeting with the Farah provincial director of telecommunications in Farah City, May 1. The PRT met with the leadership of the Farah directorate of telecommunications to talk about telecommunications infrastructure in the province and to deliver computers donated by members of the Lions Club in New York state to support the directorate's free computer learning center. PRT Farah's mission is to train, advise and assist Afghan government leaders at the municipal, district and provincial levels in Farah province, Afghanistan. Their civil military team is comprised of members of the U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, the U.S. Department of State and the Agency for International Development (USAID).
