English: Small embroidered panel with two scenes from the Labors of Hercules: in the lower left corner, Hercules with the three-headed dog, and in the lower right corner, Hercules wrestling with a lion. A monkey sits between these two scenes, while a deer, a warthog, and a dog fill the background. Framed by a curving border of berries. Embroidered in gold metallic threads and polychrome silks on an ivory silk foundation.
