Bar scales in statute and nautical miles. Contents Note: Contains sailing directions for Frederick Bay [Tacamagouche Bay] and Pictou harbour, The placenames in 71G show that Des Barres wanted to leave his mark on the landscape. As well as Frederick Bay, Town and River, there is a Des Barres River and a Joseph Harbour. Plate changes: Imprint April 1st, 1779. Page number 'PL.61.' added. Other features: Printed on Bates paper.
