Description
English: Skootamatta Lake was formerly known as Loon Lake with the name being changed in the mid-1950s (source: SDRA website http://www.skootamatta.ca).

According to Bob Blatchford, Mike Schwager was the foreman during the construction of this massive stone cottage owned by the Pearson and now the Halperins. Date of construction and this photo unknown.
