This game has met with flattering success wherever introduced, and theris no reason why so popular a game should not meet with a ready sale every-where, as good players pronounce it an excellent substitute for regularBilliards. The implements are as follows :— 4 Clamps or Corner Posts; 3 Coloured Cords (prepared for the purpose),each 18 feet long; 4 Boxwood Balls, coloured, in imitation of regular -BilliardBalls, and handsomely polished; 2 Cues (same as used on large table, butsomewhat smaller); 1 Bridge; 2 Dial Markers for keeping game; 4 PolishedPins, to represent pockets.
