Description
English: Brig. Gen. Francis Wiercinski, deputy commanding general for the 25th Infantry Division, gives a speech before swearing in his driver Sgt. Noel Perez-Torres during a reenlistment ceremony while in Kuwait. Wiercinski circulated the battle field in Kuwait as Tropic Lightning Soldiers processed into Multinational Division - North, where they will serve for the duration of their deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
