visonwho returned last Monday to the homeof her sister, Mrs. Francis (JeorgeCurtis, 399 Hammond street, ChestnutHill, after spending four months inParis in relief work. Miss Davison, an expert in pottery,taught the art to many of the blindsoldiers in her studio. When not ac-tually engaged in this work, she wasvisiting them at the numerous hospi-tals and walking as a guide throughthe streets of Paris. On the trip from Havre to South-ampton, Miss Davison met a party .ifEnglish nurses, a part of the unit :nServia, who were driven out by thesiege. According to the nurses theywere obliged to walk for nine steadyweeks, from Serbia over Albania andthrough Montenegro, relying on thspeasants along the way for food. There is one thing this countrycan do, said Mss Davison- andthat is to give everything for the re-lief of the countless sufferers. .ITowx.
