SINGLE WHITE PRIMROSE
CHINESE PRIMROSES.
For winter flowers there is no more desirable plant than
the Chinese Primrose. They are easily grown and flower
incessantly throughout the winter. Our plants are raised
from the finest seed, specially saved in a private establish-
ment in Europe. All the Primulas offered are growing in

THE "BABY" PRIMROSE.
A very attractive variety, blooming most profusely during
the winter and spring; in fact it blooms continuously for
nine months. The sprays of rosy lilac flowers are very
graceful and exceedingly useful for cut flowers. It is easily
grown in the house. $1.00 per doz., $6.00 per 100.
PRHIIIA OBCOMCA.
A favorite pot plant for house and conservatory culture
on account of its wonderful blooming qualities, flowering
nearly all the year through. $1.00 per doz., $6 00 per 100.
VIOLET, MARIE LOUISE.
(Winter Flowering.)
The well-known double-purple variety. We offer strong,
healthy, pot-grown plants, so that any grower should have
no difficulty in handling them. Price $8.00 per 100.
HARDY ENGLISH VIOLET
(Spring Blooming.)
This Violet is entirely hardy, perfectly double, a deep
violet color and most deliciously fragrant. It surpasses the
well-known "Marie Louise" Violet in richness of color,
being many shades darker, and far excels it in its delight-
ful odor; this is one of its greatest merits. .See Cut.)
Price, first size, flowering clumps from frames, $2.00 per

SINGLE VIOLETS.
California. Large, deep purple, fragrant flowers. Price,
plants from 2-inch pots, 75c. per doz., $5x0 per 100.
VIOLETS— Com in ikd.
Admiral Avellan. Distinct, bright-reddish flowers, of large size
very fragrant
La Fra.nce. Rich velvet-blue; a strong grower, deliciously scented.
Luxorne. Rich violet-purple; stems 9 to 12 inches; very sweet. '
Princes* of Wales. Grand variety: glossy violet- blue; intensely fragrant.

GENISTA RACEIMOSUS.
We offer a nice lot of plants from 5-inch pots, which will make good
Easter plants. Price $3x0 per doz.
MARANTA KERCHOVEANA.
A splendid greenhouse plant; rich green foliage, with irregular choco-
late markings; very useful for jardinieres and fern dishes. We offer fine
plants from 3-inch pots at $1 00 per doz., $8.00 per 100.
POINSETTIA PULCHERRIDIA.
This is the plant which produces the large clusters of red leaves or
flowers which are seen in all the flower stores at Christmas. We offer
fine plants from 4-inch pots, price 3CC. each, $3.00 per doz.; fiom 3-inch
pots, 2cc. each, $2.00 per doz.
HARDY-WHITE PINK. " Her Majesty."
This is one of the firest hardy pinks in any color yet raised, and can,
not fail to please all lovers of fine flowers. It has become most popular-
and is grown by the acre to supply the demand for cut flowers. Low-
growing, with flowers of the purest white as large as a Carnation and
of rich clove fragrance. Price, clumps, $S.oo per 100.
HARDV PINK ABBOTSFORD.
Similar to above, but bearing deep pink flowers. Price, clumps $8 co

Familiar to every one. Easily grown if trained to strings or stakes.

SP1R.1CA, ANTHONY WATERER.
Perhaps no hardy plant of recent introduction combines so many good
qualities as this. It is well adapted for edging shrubbery, forming as it
does a low, bushy plant, rarely exceeding twelve inches. The flowers
are of the richest carmine crimson, borne in dense, flat clusters in pro-
fusion from early summer to frost. It is valuable for pot culture. Price,
plants from open ground, ready Oct. 15, $2.00 per doz.; $12. co per 100.
SELAGINELLA EMI LI ANA.
The best of the species for filling jardinieres or growing as single
specimens; it is exceedingly ornamental. Price, 2-inch pots, 60c. per
doz., $4.00 per 100; 4 inch pots, $2.co per doz.
SELAGINELLA C.1CSI A ARBOREA.
The "tree" variety; bronze-blue foliage; a very useful variety. Price,
