One of the Very Earliest Experiments* Aerial Coasting By Donald Harrison ONE of the supreme delights ofboyhood in the past has been thebob-sled, added to a good longhill for coasting. It is true thatthere are many other joyful amusementsfor boys and girls, but certainly none ofthem affords any keener pleasure thanthe bobs, unless perhaps another form ofcoasting provided by the Norwegian ski.Now, however, even these may beeclipsed, and indeed, by another form ofcoasting, namely, in the air.
