Post-Medieval Lace Tag
Description
English: Copper alloy lace tag or lace chape with an overlapping seam. The end is formed by the meeting of four cut points in the sheet metal. There are two circular perforations below the open end. The sheet is decorated with a grid of engraved diamonds with a vertical zig-zag within each. The design stops short of the open end, which is bordered by a horizontal line.
