You will be glad to hear that there is to be a new Journal started inthis neighbourhood. It is called the Colwell Hatchney IntellectualObserver, with which will be incorporated Peppers Ghost, and theCherubs floating, in the advertisement poster, after Sir JoshuaReynolds. A reduction will be made on taking a quantity, and schoolswill be treated with liberally; that is, if the boys subscribe a halfpennyeach per week, they shall receive one presentation copy between them.The Journal will be published in time for the earliest trains, even atmidnight; as arrangements have been entered into, whereby a blanksheet can be issued at any hour, rather than disappoint the subscribers.
