English: Envelope-shaped case of dull blue silk with woven design of silver. Back, silver urn with three fleurs-de-lis above and at sides. Confronted dolphins. Framed with heavy symmetrical foliage. Front same. Lined with pink silk and bound with narrow braid. Threaded with silver.
