Description |
500px provided description: Kitchen of the so called Neumannhaus from G?riach/Hinterg?riach. The foundations of the house date back to 1451 with significant extensions 1536,1566 and 1894. In order to make the room free of smoke, the kitchen with an open fire was seperated from the rest of the room, leaving the oven at its original place and an extra stove was build in. In 1969, the house was dismantled at its original location and during 1993-1995 reconstructed at the Salzburg Open Air Museum in Grossgmain.
