Description
English: Roman copper alloy radiate of Carausius, dating to the period 286-293 AD (Reece period 14). Probably a [VIRTVS AVG} reverse type depicting Jupiter standing shaking hands with Emperor or Hercules. Probably Unattributed Mint. This reverse requires more research. This coin is included in Sam Moorhead's corpus for RIC.
