Title |
Roman copper alloy cosmetic grinder |
||
Description |
English: A worn copper-alloy cosmetic mortar. The mortar is boat-shaped and has a worn bovine head at either end. The facial features are very worn but they appear to have been quite naturalistic. There is an incomplete suspension loop in the centre at the base. |
