Description |
English: Small fragment of decorated Samian ware pottery. The fragment is curved and may be a sherd from a bowl. At the bottom right the piece has the head of a beast, possibly a panther. Above this there is an area divided into different sections of decoration. In the right section is a trifid tassel and in the left a foliate design. The sherd weighs 12.06g and measures 50.68mm in length, 31.19mm in width and 6.9mm in thickness. |
