English: Romano British disc brooch with a hollow-backed cone, Tutulus type, in very nice condition, concentric ribs (one knurled) and prominent rim at outer edge, cone with knop on point, double-pierced lug with iron pin and fragment of copper alloy pin and catch-plate on reverse. Diameter 25mm. 2nd century AD. |
