English: Equipment Operator 2nd Class (SCW) Christopher Fletcher of Construction Battalion Maintenance Unit 303 Detachment Bangor cuts through a damaged section of Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor's Thresher Avenue on Jan. 4, 2012. Seabees restored the thoroughfare after a 10-inch water main burst beneath the street over the New Year's Day holiday weekend.
