Zinnia Very shov^ plants with large, double, imbricated flowers which, when fully expanded might easily be mistaken for dwarf dahlias. There is much satisfaction in a bed of Zinnias, for when nearlyevery other flower has been killed by frost this plant is still in full bloom. Few flowers are more easily grown or bloommore abundantly throughout the season. Sow the seed early in spring, in open ground and transplant to one and one-half feet apart in good, rich soil.
