Petalsbright yellow with margins and tube of purple-rose,shading from lighter to darker shades. Hardy annual;about twenty inches high. Also known as ButterflyFlower or Poor Mans Orchid Pkt. 15c. ^tniljftV •^^ twining plant in cultivation surpassesk^AIiiiaA, this in graceful beauty of foliage. Indispens-able to florists as its hard texture enables it to be keptwithout wilting, several days after being cut. The seedgerminates very slowly. The process may be hastenedsomewhat by soaking the seed in hot water for ten hoursbefore planting but even then it is often six or eightweeks before the plants make their appearance.
