English: 150407-N-LX437-110 SOUTH CHINA SEA (April 7, 2015) Capt. Kurush Morris, commanding officer of Ticonderoga class guided-missile cruiser USS Shiloh (CG 67) speaks with his crew during a commemoration event for the Battle of Shiloh, for which the ship is named. The Battle of Shiloh took place April 6 and 7, 1862 and was one of the bloodiest battles of American history, but is also considered to have been a key strategic victory for Union forces during the Civil War. Shiloh is on patrol in the 7th Fleet area of operation supporting security and stability in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region. (U.S. Navy Photo by Lt. Frederick Martin/Released)
