Summary edit

Description
English: U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Daniel Woerheide of Chesapeake, Va., reads the promotion orders for his mother, U.S. Army Maj. Glenda Wolfe, of Fort Bliss, Texas as she is promoted to Lt. Col. Shortly thereafter Wolfe read the re-enlistment pledge for her son, Woerheide. The original program was intended to be done live by VTC, but due to technical difficulties, the fallback plan allowed them to do the ceremonies by phone.
