The flowers, in spikes of from nine to fifteeninches in length, combine the leading colors—scarlet, rose, white, orange, crimson,yellow, etc., with every conceivable shade and style of marking. Our stock thisspring is large, and assortment very good. Fine named sorts 25 to 50 cents each ; $2 to $3 per dozen. Double White Chinese Primrose. One of the most useful plants for winter and early spring blooming; flowers purewhite, perfectly double, in bloom from November till May, during which time astrong plant will often times produce as many as 500 flowers. Price 50 to 75 cents each. Columbus Nurs ery. 33 Evergreen Candytuft—Tberis Tenoreana and Coraefolta. Two varieties of this pretty little hardy plant, resembling the well known annualCandytuft in flower, but being evergreen; stands out in winter without protection ;bushy and compact, growing about nine inches high, and covered with flowers inJune. Price 25 cents each.

Pampas Grass—Gynerioi Argentum. We cannot recommend this plant too highly. Although but a grass of giganticgrowth, it makes one of the most desirable plants for garden decorations. On well-established plants, its long narrow leaves, which are produced in abundance, curlelegantly at the hight of three to five feet, and the flower spikes, resembling plumesof white feathers, grow upon slender stems clear above the foliage. The plant im-proves much in size, with age. Being a native of South America, it is not hardywhere the thermometer falls below zero, and should be protected with straw or leavesagainst cold or wet in winter. Price 50 cents each.3 34 Catalogue of the Achillea. Achillea Milifolia Rubra—Bright carmine. Ptarmica Plena—Pure white. Tomentosa—Golden yellow.Very desirable hardy herbaceous plants, flowering throughout the summer months-Price 25 cents each.
