Tritoma—Uvaria. Very showy, late flowering, half-hardy herbaceous plant, lily-like foliage and tallstems, producing magnificent terminal spikes of dark red and orange-tinted flowers ;requires a slight covering in winter. Price 50 cents each. 24 Catalogue of the Tritoma—Grandis. Similar to preceding, but of stronger habit, and somewhat taller flower and stem.Price 50 cents each. Centaurea G-ymnocarpa. A desirable ornamental leafed plant. It forms a diameter of two feet, forming agraceful rounded bush of silvery grey; nothing is so well fitted to contrast in ribbonlines with dark foliage plants. As a plant for hanging baskets, it is also unsurpassed,its drooping, fern-like leaves being very effective. Price 25 cents each.
