Premesse queste brevi ma necessarie noti-zie intorno agli Araldi, passiamo a parlare di-rettamente della scienza del Blasone , la qualeè la cognizione di tutto ciò cbe spetta allarmeed alle leggi e regolamenti di esse, lo che con-siste nel campo dell arme ,. nelle figure, neglismalti o colori loro, e negli ornamenti este-riori che accompagnano le arme. Da tutte que-ste cose, che sono figure araldiche, vien com-posto il Blasone. Troppo prolissi però noi saremmo e ci disco-steremmo di troppo dal nostro istituto se tuttevolessimo qui annoverare le differenti qualitàdegli stemmi di dominio, di dignità, di conces-sione, di padronato, di società, di famiglia ecc. :quindi limitandoci soltanto ad indicare brev
