Col. Timothy S. Holtan, TUSAB commander, right, directed the concert. Park won first place in the orchestra’s 10th Annual Young Artist Competition in March. Parks and the orchestra performed Camille Saint-Saens’ 143-year-old concerto before being joined on stage by the competition’s finalists and honorable mention students for the evening’s final two musical selections. |
