That the Committee have power to appoint as Honorary Member any person,including foreigners, likely to promote the interests of the Society ; such HonoraryMember not to pay any Subscription, and not to have the right of voting in theaffairs of the Society, and to be subject to re-election annually. 15. That the Committee be empowered to appoint any Member Local Secretaryfor the town or district where he may reside, in order to facilitate the collection ofaccurate information as to the objects of local interest, and for the receipt of Sub-scriptions, and the distribution of Circulars and Books; and that such Local Secre-taries be ex-officio Members of the Committee. 16. That Meetings for the purpose of reading papers, and the exhibition of anti- 1quities, be held at such times and places as the Committee may determine. 17.
