English: Staff Sgt. Canon Richard, a radio chief with 8th Communication Battalion, II Marine Expeditionary Force Headquarters Group, II Marine Expeditionary Force, waves his unit guidon to motivate his fellow Marines as they compete during the “Praetorian Challenge” field meet aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., Oct. 10, 2014. “Everybody in the 2nd Marine Headquarters Group came out to build camaraderie, have some good competition between all of our units, just to build unit cohesion,” said Richard. “I think other units should start looking at things like this because today’s events have really shown all the units really building one another as a team.” (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Cpl.
