I didnt mean she began contritely, but she im-mediately backed away from Bills outstretched arms.No, no! she said. Not another dance! I havent gotthe time. Youre so awfully docile, Mr. Olds, that I want to in-troduce you to another guest of honor that Ive got.Hes acting like a fish out of water that wants to go to bed.Hes got a gloom on.
