As there are more than 2000 horseson the farm, a horse show was furnished of ample dimensions.One hundred yearling colts were shown together. In the after-noon the return trip was made to Lexington and to Cincinnati.On arriving at the Southern Railway station in Lexington, theparty was transferred to trolley cars of the Lexington Railwayand the Blue Grass Company, and transferred over these linesto Elmendorf. DELEGATES OF THE INTERNATIONAL RAILWAY CONGRESSAT SCHENECTADY The special Pullman train bearing the members of the firstparty of foreign delegates who have been in attendance at theInternational Railway Congress at Washington, arrived inSchenectady at 8 oclock Saturday morning, May 20. Therewere sixty in the party. The train was taken to the works ofthe General Electric Company, where the delegates were metby a reception committee of officials and interpreters, whoescorted them through the General Electric Companys works.

A GROUP OF DELEG.ATES INSPECTING THE ELECTRICLOCOMOTIVE AT SCHENECTADY The delegates were specially interested in the new large ma-chine shop devoted entirely to the construction of Curtis steamturbines. At 10 oclock the delegates re-entered their trainand were taken to the works of the American Locomotive Com-pany, where representatives of that company escorted themabout. The striking feature at this place was the sight of four-teen modern steam locomotives, representing part of one weeksshipment from these works. Luncheon was served at 11 145 in one of the locomotive com-panys new buildings. At the close of the luncheon, the partywas joined by the ladies, who had meantime been for a drivethrough the city and out to the Mohawk Golf Club, whereluncheon was served. The entire party re-embarked in theirtrain, which was then taken out on the New York Centraltracks, where the electric locomotive built by the General Elec-tric Company and the American Locomotive Company was ex-hibited.
