In so far as the Yale School of Medicineis concerned, the construction of a centralclinic building containing a triage sys-tem and adequate laboratory and otherfacilities, and the establishment in it of aclinic conducted by a full-time staff onthe appointment basis, would constitute anew departure in medical organizationwhich is bound to succeed and bound tocommand wide attention.
