The Secretary may, in his discretion, grantleases for building purposes, for terms notexceeding ten years, of small parcels of ground,at such places in said Park as shall require theerection of buildings for the accommodation ofvisitors; all of the proceeds of said leases, andall other revenue that may be derived from anysource connected with said Park, to be expendedunder his direction in the management of thesame and the construction of roads and bridle-paths, and shall provide against the wantondestruction of the fish and game found withinsaid Park and against their capture or destruc-tion for the purpose of merchandise or profit.He shall also cause all persons trespassing uponthe same after the passage of this act to beremoved therefrom, and generally shall beauthorized to take all such measures as shall benecessary or proper to fully carry out the objectsand purposes of this act. 58
