Steven Minters, the surgeon section non-commissioned officer in charge with the 364th Expeditionary Sustainment Command, an Army Reserve unit from Marysville, Wash., rates his performance. The 364th ESC hosted the competition in which participants throughout the Third Army/ARCENT area of responsibility came to compete to be the best of the best. Haworth won the junior enlisted portion of the competition. |
