Description
English: Partner-nation militaries prepare to train with Marines from Company C, 4th Law Enforcement Battalion, and Canadian soldiers with the Royal Canadian Regiment on the M4 Benelli Tactical Shotguns aboard Las Calderas Naval Base, Dominican Republic, June 21, 2014. U.S. Marines with C Co., 4th LE Bn., Force Headquarters Group, Marine Forces Reserve, and soldiers with the Canadian Army are training police forces and militaries from 13 partner nations participating in phase II of Tradewinds 2014 held from June 16 through June 25. Tradewinds 2014 is a joint, combined exercise conducted in order to improve partner nation counter-transnational organized crime missions and humanitarian aid and disaster response operations capacity.
