English: UDDT used as shower. UDDTs in San Marcus were built with bricks of concrete. The other houses in the villages are made of adobe. Often owners do not use their UDDTs as toilets. They think that houses made out of this materials have to be used in a better way, so they use them as showers. Women like to use UDDTs as showers because they have more protection inside the UDDT and can close the door.
