English: USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70), USS Bunker Hill (CG 52) along with Brazilian navy ships BNS Constinuicao (F44) steam in formation off the coast of Rio de Janeiro. The Rio de Janeiro port visit was part of Southern Seas 2010, a major component of Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command (COMUSNAVSO) Partnership of the Americas maritime engagement strategy and theater security cooperation activities to enhance regional stability and strengthen relationships among regional partners.
